We are here to answer any questions you have about your San Luis Obispo cleaning service.

It's my first clean, what service should I book?

If your house has not been professionally cleaned within the last 3 months, we require that you set up a deep clean for your first clean, then continue maintenance with a regular clean on a bi-weekly schedule.

What is included in a regular clean?

– Kitchen (sink, countertops, cabinet faces, stove-top, outside of oven, and microwave inside and out)

– Bathroom (toilet, shower / tub, sink, handles, cabinet faces)

– Bedrooms (dust accessible surfaces, nightstands and dressers)

– All mirrors

– All exterior high contact accessible surfaces (will not move personal belongings, or low contact areas)

– All floors vacuumed & mopped

 

What is included in a deep clean?

Everything in the regular clean

+ Baseboards

+ Light switches & door handles

+ Window Sills

+ Detailed dusting

+ Wipe down of high & low contact areas 

 

What is included in a move-in / move-out clean?

Everything in the deep clean 

+ Fridge Inside / Out

+ Cabinets Inside / Out 

+ Walls

+ Inside Oven

Please contact us if your landlord has specific requirements for your move-out clean. 

 

I have a dog at home, is that okay?

Yes, we love dogs! If your dog is not friendly please either be home to help acquaint them with the cleaners within the arrival window, or place them in an area that is not being cleaned.

If you have a shedding pet, please select them in the extra services to account for additional time to thoroughly clean your home. 

What do I need to do to prepare for the cleaning?

We ask that you tidy your home by picking up items off of surfaces and floor so that we can easily access your home for the best cleaning service. 

How do I pay for Cleaning Services?

You can pay securely online with a credit card or you can pay with cash or check at time of service. 

What is your cancellation policy?

There is no charge for cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice, you can cancel easily by logging into your online portal.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged the full service fee, please know we are paying our team to be available and ready to work.

Do I have to be home when the cleaners come?

No, you do not need to be home during the arrival window, or during your cleaning. We ask that you leave us information on where the key is so we can access your home for your cleaning service. 

Are we licensed and bonded?

Yes

Can I leave a key?

Yes. Please let us know where the key will be prior to the cleaning so we can get in your home and start cleaning on time. You can text us or call us at (805) 591-4050 .

How often will my home be cleaned?

Your home will be cleaned based on the frequency selected when you booked your cleaning service. To view your new cleaning date, login to your cleaning portal. 

For the most consistently clean home, we recommend a bi-weekly cleaning schedule.
